THE Pastry section
Designed and fabricated in Edinburgh by SPLINTR, The Pastry section joins the ever popular Stockbridge high street serving up a variety of handmade patisserie and chocolate produce. The design team focussed on creating a bright and contemporary feeling café which appropriated economical materials in a minimal colour palette to produce a simple, cohesive yet beautifully finished interior.
With a necessity for a quick turn around the project was designed and largely fabricated off site which helped reduce time on site.
