The Fat Pony
The fat pony is the newest addition to Bread Streets' offerings, just off the Grassmarket in the heart of Edinburgh. Positioned over two levels, the bar takes up residence in a long disused glass fronted premises and offers a unique selection of wines, charcuterie, small plates and more.
Almost all of the elements in the bar are bespoke and have been designed and fabricated to perfectly fit the challenging shaped space. From the Douglas Fir shuttering and mild steel detailing, to the fabric panelling and folded metal light fittings, finely crafted details and injections of colour give The Fat Pony it's unique and inviting aesthetic.
