THE SUGAR ROOM

After working with The Fudge House on their main customer space next door, we returned a year later to design and fit The Sugar Room, a bright, open plan kitchen space that allows allows people to view the fudge making process from the street. Stainless elements are paired with colourful features, bringing through a few colours and textures from The Fudge House. The Sugar Room makes use of what was an underutilised storage space, and has allowed the Fudge House staff to move their entire kitchen out of their main space, creating more room for useful back of house areas.
