Mimi’s bakehouse

With four successful cafe’s across Edinburgh, Mimi’s bakehouse is a well established institution serving, cakes, baked goods and savoury treats. After a six month cafe ‘pop up’ at the City Arts centre, Mimi’s announced their permanent residency at the venue. They sought out the help of SPLINTR to reimagine their colourful and quirky aesthetic.
