LA CÎME DELI
Taking over from Helen Lucas Architects, who lodged the initial building warrant, we worked to design and ultimately fit out this quaint french deli in the heart of Trinity, Edinburgh. Working with clients and Chefs Anne and Will, we created a space that is warm, inviting, and a wonderful setting for a wine and some home cooked food. The high shelves make use of the tall ceilings, maximising retail display in the small deli. A bespoke, movable, steel ladder helps to reach the high shelves. The material palette consists of Oak, steel, red Fenix, white Terrazzo, and the star of the show, the existing and painstakingly refurbished decorative wall tiles.
