I.J Mellis cheesemongers approached the team to Design and implement the transformation of the back portion of their Morningside store into an intimate cafe. Remaining faithful to the aesthetic of the pre-existing store, we fabricated a large french industrial inspired steel and glass partition wall to separate the store from the dining area and furnished the space with materials and furnishings sympathetic to the aesthetic of the traditional cheesemongers.
