ARGILE
A long time in the making, Argile finally opens their doors as Marchmonts’ latest intimate dining experience. Seating just eight people per night, the chefs table concept allows patrons to sit along the sawn oak bar and experience the chefs cook and serve each course. Designed in early 2020, the project encountered many obstacles as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic and it wasn’t until 2022 when our team finally got access to the premises to begin work.
