Aemelia
A new favourite to the Portobello high street, Aemelia opened its doors to a queue of excited patrons. Serving up a mouth watering selection of handmade pasta and Italian dishes. Taking over Bross bagels’ very first unit, our team transformed the space into a bright and inviting ode to the creation of pasta. Figuring out an appropriate layout was incredibly important as with it being such a small unit, we had to make every square millimetre count.
